Middle School

Middle School students are too old for the kids’ stuff and too young for the teenage and adult stuff.

How do they navigate this time where life is changing for them as they grow, develop, face new social pressures, see both the beauty and ugliness of the world?  What resources are available to them?

The Scriptures help us understand who we are and how we fit into this world that God has beautifully created.  The ugliness of the world is understood in our alienation from God, others and creation because of sin. This understanding gives answer to the frustration and pain that we experience as we grow.  The gospel of Jesus Christ gives unwavering foundation and value to his people because middle schoolers need to know that they were redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus and that he will never change.

Our middle school students will develop a knowledge and love for God's Holy Word, and see how it fits together into a grand story of His redemption and our place in it.
